Returns and Exchanges

Custom Printed orders: Due to the nature of this business, custom printed work can not be returned only exchanged. Upon receiving your order, if there is an error please send an email immediately to orders@joyfulprints.com reference "Error" in the subject line please. We will contact you to fix the order . We will not charge additional shipping to ship out the corrected order. Joyful Prints will provide prepaid shipping labels to customers so that the merchandise can be returned to Joyful Prints. It is our policy that all custom printed work be returned upon arrival and satisfaction of the new order. If the merchandise is not returned within 30 days, customer will be charged and responsible for payment of the order that was in error.

Non-custom printed orders and gifts: Please return the item within 60 days and we will refund your money. There is no restocking fee charge.

Joyful Prints will refund your money in the manner in which it was originally paid. Your card will be refunded in 5-7 business days. Please send all returns to:

Ordering Process

Orders can be placed online or by telephone. Once the order is placed, your credit card is charged the full amount. If any additional charges arise during the printed process, Joyful Prints will NOT charge your card until we have your approval first.

Custom Printed Orders: As soon as the card is charge and we will begin your order. Once the order is completed , a PROOF will be emailed for approval within 1-2 business days.  Custom printed orders take 3-5 to complete. This does not include transit time.* Joyful prints will not begin processing custom orders until we receive an approval.

For items such as blank stock, gifts, and Stationery: Your order will ship within 1-2 business days. *This does not include transit time.

**Please note, on all orders, if you need something in a hurry, Always call us first. We can not promise a miracle, but we can certainly try.

Sample Requests

If you are unsure about an invitation or announcement, you have the option of requesting a sample of the image to be mailed to you. Please select "Buy Sample" inside each product page. Shipping is free for samples. Samples usually ship within 1-2 days. If you need a sample immediately , please email us at orders@joyfulprints.com and reference "Urgent Sample request" in the subject line or call us at 1-888-846-8569.

Early Envelopes

You also have the option to order envelopes early so that you may begin addressing them to save time. The process for ordering early envelopes is as follows:

*Place your order as you normally would online.

*There will be a box labeled "send envelopes early" Check this box.

*We will ship the envelopes within 1-2 days. There is no shipping charge for shipping envelopes early, however, standard shipping rates apply when we ship your invitations upon the birth of your child.

*Once your baby is born, please send an email to Orders@joyfulprints.com.The standard ordering process applies from this point. We will send your proof online or via email awaiting your approval.
